Susannah Ashton

Susannah Ashton is involved in all aspects of the firm's litigation practice, and regularly provides advice and counsel to clients on employment and labor law matters.

Ms. Ashton has extensive civil litigation experience in a broad spectrum of cases involving labor/employment, civil rights, education law, healthcare, and personal injury. In addition to handling cases from inception through trial in both state and federal courts throughout California, Ms. Ashton has represented employers before the Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Before returning to her home state of California, Ms. Ashton practiced for several years in New York City.
