Patrick C. Malloy

Patrick Malloy is an associate at Davis, Bengtson & Young. He is involved in all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial work, law and motion practice, discovery, and trial.

Mr. Malloy obtained his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, WA. He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Malloy handled a wide range of civil matters as an intern with the Seattle City Attorney’s Office, Torts Division. During law school, Mr. Malloy was an active member of the UW Law Mediation Clinic—mediating matters ranging from small claims to EEOC disputes.

Outside the office, Mr. Malloy is a contributing columnist for his hometown bar association periodical: Res Ipsa Loquitur of the Kern County Bar Association. He also enjoys cooking, the comedy of Larry David, and exploring the great outdoors with his rescue pup.
